That SOAP API isn't useful for what would be needed in @font-your-face. There doesn't appear to be any usable API right now. I've contacted myfonts.com asking if they have any plans to add a webfont API. Making this postponed until this is possible to do.
Brief update on this: I have heard back from myfonts.com and they said they were interested in working on an API, but last I heard they weren't ready on that yet. So this is still postponed until their API is ready.
