Where users can record audio and post onto the site? Or you need to have a radio station with all the equipment and microphones?

You would need to have a radio station with all the equipment and microphones. The station module is more of a companion for scheduling, playlisting, and distributing the webcast streams.

You can use the audio module to upload recorded audio onto your site that isn't from the station's web stream, for example we record interviews with artists and post them on our site.
