Can anyone offer me any inisight into the following error page, which is apparently issued by the RedHat Server upon which my Drupal installation runs?
This is an intermittent fault, that doesn't reoccur, as far as I know, on visitors's browsers (though it may do, but not all, ie. not at the same time as it's happening to me!). I am not committing any of the 'crimes' pointed to within the error page - most of the time everything works hunky-dory.
Could it be settings within .htaccess (I can upload if required)

Are you using badbehaviour
Are you using badbehaviour module? That module can give that output when the user PC has adware on it. Have the user scan the pc or turn off badbehaviour.
Bad behavior also trips StumbleUpon
StumbleUpon will tell you that the web site if offline. If you update the web site status to indicate that it is indeed available, you will get this message:
"Sorry, this website is still returning HTTP error code 412."
Same problem; turning off Bad Behaviour has fixed it.
One of my client sites was reporting the same error periodically. Turning off Bad Behaviour seems to have fixed it. It seems easier to turn the module off than to ask each user to scan his or her PC for adware (and then possibly step them through how to do that)
