5.x version, same functionalities as so-called v. 1.2 for 4.7 (1.5 on CVS)
plus some minor additional features :
- module may provide plain default paper and review type
- manager may receive CC or BCC of all mails
- conference-specific e-mail address as sender of conference e-mails

This is the first version of the conference module providing the full functionality to organise *one single* academic conference with drupa 4.7. Features: 1. posting papers, 2. reviewing papers, 3. making a decision concerning a paper and 4. email information about every step.
