signing up after "Email Newsletter" module installed

I am getting the following error when trying to register a new account with Enewsletter and associated modules installed;

My drupal version is 4.6 and after installation when a new user want to sign up face this error "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: subscribed_form_publications_array() in /home/.../public_html/modules/enewsletter/enewsletter.module on line 705"

Can any body help me how slove this?
