viddler 6.x-1.9

Only changes for 1.9 are => Removed debug code that was in 1.8.

Otherwise new changes from 1.8 are:

• Upload Progress support: shows percentage of video uploaded when using upload to viddler feature
• Hide Record to Webcam: do not show flash record to webcam until button is clicked
• Remove video button: allow users who have permission to remove a video from a drupal post
• Delete video button: allow user who have permission to remove a video from a drupal post and delete it from the viddler server
