Have a large view table with an HTML editable field, page scrolls down to bottom of page automatically - seems like some JS is changing page position. Is caused by editablefields I think because disabling the field from view fixes bug.

After having a similar problem, I found another issue which seems to be similar but the page is set to the first field rather than the last as in your description. The patch might be worth a try.
