Thumbnails not scaled properly in Chrome

I kinda got this to work but the only problem is that the thumbnail don't show well in Chrome. When I test in FF and IE, they are scaled properly. In Chrome though, they are not scaled and it seems I see the top-left corner of my images instead. Please see the attached screenshot.
