Hi, this is quite difficult to explain and I'm even not sure wether this really is a bug and worth investigating. And I also now that just as of today Drupal 5 is outdated and no longer maintained but probably this applies to newer versions too.
This is the situation:
On a D5 installation I'm using LS 1.5 and image gallery 2.0. Gallery adds his own taxonomy and uses taxonomy terms for different sub galleries. In the description field for every term I entered descriptions in two languages using LS.
Opening the gallery main page I see all galleries listed and descriptions according to currently chosen language, just as it should be. But when opening a single image and moving the mouse to the taxonomy term -- which indeed is the name of the gallery the image is in -- I see a popup (i.e. the title-attribute of the < a >-tag) containing all language sections.
Maybe it would be better having only the chosen language section there but I really don't have a clue if LS even could manage this. Maybe the complete code for generating this title-attribute resides within the images module.
Never the less, LS is one of my best used modules and I would not want to miss it for any multilanguage site! Still hoping for a D7 release!

andy inman commentedI don't *think* it's a bug in LS - more likely an issue with the gallery in how it generates the title tags. Did you try raising the same issue there? LS is just an input filter - if other modules are doing text filtering correctly then it should work. Do other input filters work correctly for you when used in this way?

x-lette commentedJust what I expected. As I have no instance of D6 running with both modules enabled (LS and image gallery) I can't tell wether this also applies for newer versions and as D5 is outdated now I don't think it's worth further investigation.

andy inman commentedOk, sorry I can't be of more help, but as you can imagine I'm not running D5 any more. D7 version soon, um, fairly soon!
