Showcase Site: http://lostbus.com
Developer: Alexander J Sluiter, Xelacomp
Hey everyone! I rarely post here, but I thought I'd plug a venture of some of my friends. About a year ago, a few of my friends decided to buy an old school bus, turn it into something livable, and travel the country to help communities with various projects. Everyone, including me at first, thought they were a little crazy; that is, until they really did it. They came to me with the idea to put up a website to inform everyone of their project and maybe put some pictures on. We bought the domain and I helped set them up with a fairly basic Drupal site. They are leaving in a few days, and the site has grown significantly. I thought I'd showcase their site here since it's built entirely on Drupal 6. They're getting support currently through our local community businesses and a few other national organizations. Hope you like what you see!
FYI, I haven't polished up the gallery choices or certain portions of the theme yet...gotta get my css and views on for that.

very nice!
Simple and neat! Have you consided a rotating display and the latest blog entries on the front page now that they are kicking off? A guest-book might be nice as i wanted to leave a word of encouragement. This kind of thing is exactly what young people should be doing, having a great adventure before they settle down.
I also must say, i have seen photos on school-bus to trailer conversions on a forum devoted to the subject and this is by far the nicest I have seen. Well done by all parties. congrats and good luck.
