hello,

thanks for making such module possible .its really great. now to the problem

i have enabled the module and it works fine if i just enabled the login (Service). when i enable the (Friends) service which is the most important to me everything disappear. no login no icons just white spaces.

i tried to have a better understanding of the problem but it doesn't give any error in firebug. i also accessed (admin/reports/dblog) it gives a yellow caution triangle with name gigya beside it and no message behind it.

can anyone guide me through this problem please??

what is your setup? (linux, windows, mac) shared hosting, dedicated server, local machine?
try to apply the patch from here http://drupal.org/node/954738#comment-3974650
it fixes some issues with the watchdog.
see if you get a more informative message.

i applied the patch successfully. now the error msg that was appearing on Gigya config page gone. but still when i enable the (Friends) service everything disappear. no error msgs on watchdog.

i'm using linux shared hosting.

I added an option to write errors to watchdog in 6.x-3.0-dev
so upgrade/install 6.x-3.0-dev enable the module.
go to "Gigya Socialize Settings" page and on the top there is a checkbox "Gigya debuging" check it enable the friends feature
go to your user paly around then go to watchdog over there you should see entries gigya_debug.
please post the error

i have done the steps as u described. then go to admin/reports/dblog i found this:

Note: (empty) refers to a white empty space.
