Issue Summary
Hi all. I am contemplating an enhancement to og whereby only group members may post comments to content on the group. Do folks want this? One nice benefit is that spam scripts don't likely know how to signup for a group so all group threads will automatically be clean.

Make perfect sense to me at multiple levels. Of course, it would be optional :)

That sounds like an excellent idea. However, it seems this is only an issue when a post has been marked public, correct?
Otherwise if the node is private this option is essentially useless, will never see it anyways, right?
But yes, I agree, this would be awesome and a way to turn it on/off would be desired---could see uses for both.

This is an old issue, but is this feature perhaps added through a contrib module I don't know about?
(and yes, it only applies on public groups)

"Needs review" means there's a patch. closing as a contrib module was found.
