hello,
I want to set a site of collaborating knowledge - teachers and students sign in for specific knowledge interests and the site is match between them, relevant teacher to relevant student.
when the learning time is over, the students should rate the teacher.

my question is, does Drupal can match my idea?
if yes, can you please give me some hints to start the work immediately? or modules that can help me..
