The Context UI doesn't show up on 'admin/build/context' or 'admin/structure/context' or 'admin/structure/content'. Nor does anything related to Context show up on 'admin/structure' or 'admin/build' or even 'admin/config'.
Have installed a fresh copy of Drupal 7.0 along with Jan 6th dev version of ctools. Have enabled ctools and all 3 components of Context on the Modules page.
The Help pages do show up though.

yareckon commentedCheck to see if ctools module is still enabled -- you may find that it is mysteriously not enabled any more, at least that solved my very similar issue today.
spacereactor commentedEven ctools module display that is enable after i install context module but context ui still appear. I have to dis-enable calendar module that also relay on ctools and re-enable calendar in order for context ui to appear.

aldibierSame Problem, I don't have the calendar module :(
- Edit -
After enable the module, you need to clear all cache at admin/config/development/performance, this work for me!
patrickharris commented@swevel - thanks - that worked for me! I thought when you installed a module, the menu caches were cleared?

q0rban commentedI can't replicate this. The UI shows up for me after clearing caches. The UI is broken, but it shows up. ;)
