Personally I would use Drupal.org over the other posters answer.
The reality though is there is no instant way to learn Drupal. There is a lot to know and what is useful will depend on the website you want to build, but like all learning it requires an investment of your time.
Previous answer deleted -- user was responding to their own post. Probably to link spam.
@dewanhkf -- link spam and shameless self promotion can get your account blocked and your posts deleted, so don't bother. I've already deleted your link spam to the paid services forum (please read the guidelines for that forum before posting again).

Start here...
http://drupal.org/documentation/install Read and follow along with a/some test install/s on your localhost. Use this... http://drupal.org/getting-started/before until you familiarize yourself with the lingo. This is a good high level overview... http://drupal.org/handbook/customization/tutorials/beginners-cookbook. Then you will want to get into the remaining 4 topics here... http://drupal.org/documentation.
There really is no "instant" way to learn Drupal, or any other subject of substance for that matter. Don't set unrealistic expectations; they generally only lead to frustration. If you prefer dead tree learning materials just google "drupal books" or head to a bookstore with a decent computer section.
Good luck, happy learning...
Thanks
Alot of info to read though
self-paced Drupal training course online :)
I'm creating a free self-paced Drupal training course. It's starting live this week, so the first participants can help shape it.
You can sign up at http://udemy.com/learn-drupal
