i want some page or block that : (for example:)
every day display selectable fields(like title and attached link) from manual content(that returned by php code)
any idea ?!

details:
(for example:)
in today information block i want
if (i have new information) {
show their title field and rank (cck computed) field on daily information page or block
} else if today i have not new information {
display randomly content that they are in "randomly new information" term
}
:)

i dont know where i can speak about this problem
