After creating a node with a node type called family which inlcudes a nodetype reference field and subform field named sub two I get ......

thank you for taking the time to post a bug report

it sounds like you haven't defined any "relationship types" (the link to do this is in the subform config window) or have you selected which "relationship type" your subform should display (this is in the subform config window)

when i say subform config window, i don't mean an admin / settings thing, i mean the actually subform field config in cck

i've done a complete wipe/reinstall and used subform (0.26) with your same softwware combination (php/mysql versions), and i now experience no errors
