After creating a node with a node type called family which inlcudes a nodetype reference field and subform field named sub two I get ......
• Subform sub two was unable to calculate what type to display
• Subform sub two was unable to calculate what type to display
After creating saving a node type with a node type reference field

thank you for taking the time to post a bug report
it sounds like you haven't defined any "relationship types" (the link to do this is in the subform config window) or have you selected which "relationship type" your subform should display (this is in the subform config window)
when i say subform config window, i don't mean an admin / settings thing, i mean the actually subform field config in cck

there is a little overview and tutorial in the new README.txt
try it out and let me know if you're still having a problem

MrTaco commentedi've done a complete wipe/reinstall and used subform (0.26) with your same softwware combination (php/mysql versions), and i now experience no errors
