Me and a friend fellow Drupal user and contributor took up a dedicated server 3 months back and have used Xen to create 4 virtual slots. We are currently using only 2 of them and we intend to give the 2 remaining slots to interested people.

Each slot is equal share, and if you want you can have 2 slots combined. Each slot is at little less than $40 per month. This is a self maintained server and we ourselves do whatever configuration is needed. The server is very much under utilized with average resource usage less than 5%. Thus a lot of bandwidth is available and so anyone looking for a good hosting box can try this out. Anyways it will be preferable if you are comfortable with Linux administration as you will have to administer your own slot.
