A search for Rdfx on Drupal.org shows no Rdfx module. Do I get it somewhere else?

Well, you've got a point, there are two RDF modules for Drupal 7, one is in core and it is called RDF, the other is a contrib module and it is called RDF too :D, so its author chose to call it RDFx to differentiate it from core one. Anyway you could find rdf module at http://drupal.org/project/rdf.
