Enable/Disable words?

Heya Jaydub,

In light of the recent Amazon.com/Internet Tax issue, I ws wondering if it'd be possible to add a checkbox next to each word in the filter list, which would default to unchecked when added, and when words are being replaced, the code will check each box's value, and if it is *checked* it'll skip replacing that word?

In other words, I have a ton of affil links for amazon, which I'll need to stop being replaced. However I don't want to completely delete them from my filter list, I just want them disabled so that I may re-enable them at some point. This way I could also for example, disable say the word "dog" which is to be replaced with some amazon stuff, and add a new filter for the word "dog" and have it use replacement code to say, Google stuff.

I'd then be able to enable/disable words as needed. Hope that all made sense, lol.
