I don't seem to see how to add users in bulk from say a module like user_import and user_import_og. Specifically, I've used user_import and user_import_og to take a CSV file and add a bunch of users in the past.

These methods are coming in the next alpha / beta most likely. We'll have passcode (1 code per course), activation code (1 course per student specific to a course), OER (totally open, right now it's all closed enrollment), as well as 3rd party import via XML / CSV feeds.
