Hi,
I copied my site from localhost 1:1(files + db) to another machine. At localhost everything is fine but at the other machine the ckeditor-theme is broken (see attached files).
This is the second time, had this already with another site before. The only way I can fix this is by deleting all themes except 'kama'.
1st I'm wondering why it changes the theme and
2nd I'm wondering why this theme is broken.

Thanks for reporting this.
This is a duplicate of #737318: ckeditor skins problem, the patch applied there was not complete.
I've committed a new patch to all branches and the new code will be in the -dev snapshots within the next 12 hours and a part of the next official release.
