The date format appears to be hard-coded in US format m/d/Y.

Could you make this follow the main site date format selected at admin/settings/date-time/formats or the Ubercart one created at admin/store/settings/store/edit/format ?

Otherwise a simple date format selector specifically for this module would also work.
