Following changes:
- #318658: Converting Node to Ubercart Product : Added proper conversion to and from ubercart products.
- #804246: Remove the current content type from the options list by dakala : Fixed current content type from appearing in list. Also typos.
- #805188: Do not require 'administer conversion' permission if user already granted the 'convert from...' permission by dakala : Administer conversion permission now grants all to/from conversions.

- Added basic append to / replace body options to destination fields.
Attention: The 'administer conversion' permission now grants all to/from conversions. Make sure to remove the permission from users who do not need it.
