Check for existing translations and import single translation

When I selected an untranslated string, it would be very useful if l10n_client could check if someone had (recently) added a translation. This would save unnecessary work. This would also make it possible to import just one single string ;-)

PS! Yes, I have l10n_update installed, but this is a different use case.
