Couldn't find decent answer on forum therefor I ask the following:

Is there any way to allow user to change comment settings (disabled or enabled comments on node) per node (not per node-type).
Or only administrator can do it and there is no seperate permission which could be granted to another user?
I could not find any module for this task also.

I've stumble upon this module, but description "Permissions are on a per node type basis" somehow told me that this is not what i am looking for. However that proved to be wrong.
