So am I (Multiflex•3 homepage).

Or maybe moving straight to Multiflex•4 if port completion is planned for second quarter 2007:

Plan: Second Quarter 2007
Same design as Multiflex-3, but with a liquid layout. But it is still uncertain if this version will be developed due to my limited time.

Looks like it might be time to upgrade to Drupal 5.x - you can find support for Multiflex 3 v7 here.

Since then, Multiflex 5.4 had been released. It was two years ago, though, so I guess the developper had stopped developping it.
