Fieldgroup Not Grouping

Hello

Using Drupal 4.7.3, CCK 4.7.x-1.0, Fieldgroup-4.7.x-1.x-dev (no access to RPM for php. mysql versions, will add this shortly). No errors are reported but it simply doesn't group the CCK fields into the groups created using fieldgroup. The groups appear but empty, fields are presented in the CCK form outside of the groups they are associated with.

I have tried this on 3 Drupal installs (on the same machine though) with the same result.

Any insight?
