templates/node.module causes Drupal core to abort

Description
Since node.module isn't a real module the file needs to be renamed to something like node.module.tmpl. I am using/testing the HEAD version of CVS of Drupal and sympal_scripts. This abort happens regardless of the module being activated or not.
