Issue Summary
I am using vertical tabs beta5. It works for my content types, article and page, but not the Add block form or create content type for. Today I upgraded to vertical_tabs-6.x-1.0-rc1.tar, and the reverse happened. I get vertical tabs in Add block form and create content type form, but they disappear from Drupal's default page and my custom article content type. I'm new to posting bugs and issues so I hope I did it properly. I am not using a separate admin theme. Just using the front end theme for admin. it's a custom theme that I built using Basic starter theme. I will test on Garland and see if it makes any difference. but I doubt it. This same bug has happened several of my Drupal 6 websites.
