Hello,

I've just discovered this module which does exactly what I wanted to achieve in my new personal website. Unfortunately I am planning to create it with brand new Drupal 7 and I've realized there's no d7 version of this great module. Are there any plans to port it to the new drupal version? I'd love to use it.

To be honest I didn't know folk really cared about the module anymore. lol I also haven't been paying attention enough to know drupal 7 was released. I use this on my own site so I'll definitely be updating it at some point but I don't have a lot of time to put into it at present. If you happen to have the interest in porting it and want to be made a developer on it that would be cool -- if not I'll try to get one available when I can! =)

Thank you for your reply. I wish I could help in porting it to Drupal7, but my programming knowledge is almost zero. Hopefully you can make the port in the near future: Drupal 7 rocks.

Hey I just wanted you to know that I'm actively updating the plugin for drupal 7. I converted 2 of my sites up to 7 and one of them is the one that uses dailytwitter. I'm currently trying to figure out why it appears to be doing a big bowl of nothing. =D (can't tell what's preventing it from doing it's thang at the moment, stay tuned!)

I've just installed it in order to try it and I'm surprised that this modules needs module blog to work. Why is this a requierement? could it be an option? I don't like enabling lots of modules, and blog is one of those I will never use in my personal site (because it's personal ;) )

Howdy! Well -- I originally intended it to simply post new entries to your blog every day. I don't know a ton about the core of how drupal works so do you have other suggestions? Actually -- if you don't mind if you have some suggestions on how I should do this (and other suggestions) would you mind posting them as other issues and we'll discuss them there? I want to close this after I get it uploaded and released and don't want to "lose" the conversation thread. =)
