When I try to create S3 container getting fallowing error , why is that ?

Warning: curl_setopt_array() [function.curl-setopt-array]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in StorageS3CloudFront->request() (line 124 of /home/blogs/public_html/test/sites/all/modules/storage_api/services/s3_cloudfront.inc).

Please help
