When translated, all pages show up as not found.

Hi, great module, hope I can get it working. Anyways, whenever I translate to a different language, I am always sent to my 404 not found page no matter what link I click on. You can see it in action at http://www.how-to-box.com. It appears as though it is going to the right link, but it's not working. Any ideas?
