difficulty installing in 4.7

Has anyone sucessfully installed Send in 4.7?

It is clear that some people, like myself, are having problems because send.install does not create a send_setting table (see http://drupal.org/node/61045).

Could anyone who has sucessfully installed Send in 4.7 please post a description of their send_setting table so that we can have a go at manually creating it?

Desperate, I know, but what else to do?
