An easy way to schedule a show for multiple times a week (like a repeat daily)

There are news programs and other shows that we have repeated at different times during the week. It would be convenient to be able to assign all the different times in a single interface, rather than having to go and add the schedule instance for every single time. For example news is twice a day, 5 days a week, so that's 10 times I need to add the same program to the schedule. It's not a big deal, but would be more convenient.

What would be useful is to add the program, and have a way to add a list of different times that the show will air on. Maybe a multi-select list of days of week, and a multi-select list of hours. I need to think about exact format a bit more, but hopefully this provides some idea of what I'm looking for.
