This version of Options Element fixes several minor bugs.

Bug fixes:
#974556: drupal_add_js() API change
#949556: for (var n in ...) not reliable
#1009508: Elements with the "multiple" but not "multiple_toggle" property (e.g. checkboxes) don't have their default values saved
#1009082: Show / Hide row weights link on the options configuration table doesn't do anything so it should be removed
