Minimum Page Height/Whitespace?

I'm new to Drupal and have a a problem with the Blogbuzz theme that I can't resolve:

Is there a minimum page height applied in the Blogbuzz II theme?

When content is added over a certain length it works fine however when less content is added it leaves a large white space under the closure which I cannot find how to remove it.

It would seem that there is a minimim height set somewhere but despite looking I have been unable to find anything.

Is there a minimum height somewhere and if so how can I change it?

If it's not this what else may be causing the problem?
