I have a module that I've been using privately which provides some advanced menu features which I would like to publish to the community. It uses the advanced_menu namespace and I'd like to keep that in place if possible.

At present, this module is abandoned ( http://www.drupal.org/project/advanced_menu ) and has been since D6 was released.

Can I claim this namespace and use it to release the module I've been using privately?

If so, my cvs username is darthclue.

Thanks. DC

The Bookmarks module demonstrates that darthclue understands the Drupal API, and the advanced_menu module is indeed abandoned.
