1. Install drupal.
2. create a custom theme..
- new folder test
- new test.info file
- just the very basics

3. add more than ten items to the front page
4. there is no pager

The only theme showing me a pager is bartic the rest if i enable them and set as default do not show me the pager... any ideas why this is like this?

Think its a bug....

Turns out its a view issue where there is a view in a block that has a flip string error in the error log...
