New 4.4->cvs patch. The unnecessary functions from bbcode-filter.inc are removed, and I made some corrections to the b,i and u tags to make the outcome xhtml 1.1 compliant and clean.

Now it works with Drupal HEAD, and all modifications are commited to cvs.
