I had this module working fine but it recently stopped working for no known reason. I checked another site that uses this module and it appeared to have the same problem. Is anyone else having troubles with this module? Here's a sample of the message I now see:

* Your Transaction of 11 has failed: Payment Server System Error. You may want to record these details of the transaction.
* Bank Message: E5432-01131342: Internal Error : Failed to perform transaction via payment engine
* Bank Receipt ID: No Value Returned
* Our Store Transaction ID: 20111301134240-50-1 and Order ID: 50-1

We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order.

I've tried in both test and live mode and I get the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

do you have further information on this, ie from the log?

Payment gateways are difficult to debug, so the more information the better.

Also what versions of drupal, ubercart etc are you using?

I have a couple of things in the log that might help. Firstly, as originally posted I have the on-screen error which in the logs says it came from Dialect Pay:

Type: Dialect Pay
Message: Failed Order: 53-1 - Error: 7-Payment Server System Error Trans Ref: 20112501103717-53-1 - Bank Receipt: No Value Returned
Severity: error

The only other message I get is the following from uc_payment:

Type: uc_payment
Message: Payment failed for order 53: Credit card charge failed.
Severity warning

Drupal is version 6.9. Ubercart is version 6.x-2.4

@FastDesign We've temporarily switched over to the Ubercart MIGS gateway which works fine but is a 3rd party solution, i.e. users are taken away from your site.

While it should work with any MIGS system (all calls go through MasterCard servers), there may be issues with the Issuing banks responses

I did try to get CommBank and Bendigo working as well, but they didn't like the idea of developers who are not Merchants having access to technical resources. Fair enough.
