Upgrade to Yoxview 2.2

Thanks so much for this update. I couldn't get the previous version to work. Now I have managed to create a content type with a media field and a view in which Yoxview is working great. I much prefer it to Colorbox. However,

1. I cannot find the way to upload pdf and flv into Drupal 7.0. I would also need to automatically generate thumbnails for the latter.

2. In order for the videos to be reproduced by Yoxview, I have created a folder in the root of the website with the player (/jwplayer), but I am lost after this step as well.

I would highly appreciate any help on these issues. Thanks so much,

I also refactored the image style settings a bit so it will be easier to add more YoxView-related options on in the future. 7.x-1.0 should get everything running.
