Is there any plugin that can backup database automatically? It's even better if I can set a schedule for the backup.

Here is exactly what you need : http://drupal.org/project/backup_migrate
Automatic scheduled as well as manual backs with various settings and can keep desired number of backups. Set daily, weekly backup & much more.

The plugin seems not working. I received "Site offline" error. I enabled cloudflare on my website and seems they are not compatible. Anyone using cloudflare here?
