It seems that the "to do" list produced by Upgrade Assist is displayed to all users. A naive admin would not expect this to be so.

If this is actually how the module behaves, I suggest that either that behavior should be changed to restrict the display to admins or else the documentation should inform the admin of what to expect.

+1 Default appears to be show to all, IMHO should default to Admin only.

upgrade_assist enables maintenance mode upon installing/enabling the module.
