The theme comes with two utility regions. The first one is placed above the search region, the second one is in the right corner of the footer.
You can use them to display some utility links like "contact informations", "site credits" ecc...
To insert the links simply add a new menu through the drupal menu system (admin/structure/menu/add), then place the generated block in one of the two regions.
