Data module integration does not work if Drupal database uses a table prefix

If the Drupal database was set up with a table prefix, Webform MySQL Views will be created correctly but integration with the Data module fails.

This is presumably related to Data module issue - #894074: adopt table doesn't support $db_prefix.
