Similar by terms on taxonomy/term/% pages

I have a View for taxonomy/term/% path (Pathauto used for nice url´s).

In this view is one node of defined node type displayed (full node, not only teaser).

I would like to have simillar content in block displayed here. % from path provide for me only one vocabulary term. But node is tagged with terms from second Vocabulary. And this terms I need for Similar by Terms block.

Any way, how to do that?
