I posted a large patch to this module about 5 weeks ago, and haven't seen any activity on that or any other issues.

I am interested in helping maintain this module, we use it for a client site and I'd like to see the code stay working.

More than willing to have you as a co-maintainer as I no longer use the module at all. I see you don't have a cvs account so you need to follow the steps detailed here under the co-maintaining section. http://drupal.org/cvs-application/requirements
