Probably not the place to place this, since it's a mimemail problem. But it would had been very helpful to me to find this here, avoiding considerable time of debugging, because it seems like an Ubercart problem:

after checkout, a blank page appeared, and it was caused by some bugs in Mimemail 6.x-1.0-alpha6. Installing Mimemail 6.x-1.x-dev solved it:
