Issue #1408908: textfield uc_attributes can have their width set; webform no longer complains when the attribute has nothing to display; title display options work properly; uc_attributes can only be added to paidevents; removed all calls to uc_attribute_load; removed unnecessary hook_webform_theme; removed PHP notices.
